Rebecca Arons
cellist, contractor, producer

Adi Yeshaya
arranger, composer, pianist

Beginning in Minneapolis over twenty years ago, Adi and Rebecca’s paths crossed regularly in the recording studio as artists and producers. Rebecca had been benefitting from Adi’s amazing arrangements for her projects, and Adi had regularly been having Rebecca put together session players. They decided to make their collaboration official by co-founding STRINGenius.

Since that time, they have honed their approach of organic and seamless music-making and music contracting, with Rebecca’s company, RDA Productions, providing contracting administrative services. Adi and Rebecca are grateful to the amazing community of musicians they partner with on a regular basis, and are always looking for new and exciting projects and collaborations.

Adi Yeshaya is an Israeli-American composer, arranger and jazz pianist. Renowned for his musical mastery and loved for his collaborative spirit, he has spent the last 40 years working in almost every aspect of the music industry, including theater, film, television and recording. He has collaborated with the world’s biggest musical stars like Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Burt Bacharach and Lena Horne. For over 20 years, he has worked with Rebecca Arons on STRINGenius – a contracting, arranging, recording and production company, which has worked on instrumental tracks for such artists as Prince, Judith Hill, Cory Wong, Jonatha Brooke and Rita Ora. Among other film and television work, he has completed his 22nd season as the string arranger for NBC’s The Voice.

Their mentorship helped pave his way to the world-renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Now based in Minneapolis, Adi has worked with the world-renowned Guthrie Theater and the Grammy-winning Minnesota Orchestra.

He has taught at the University of Minnesota, McNally Smith College of Music and Berklee College of Music. An active composer, Adi's recently commissioned composition Children's Themes was premiered by STRINGenius Quartet and percussionist Benny Koonyevsky and was dedicated to the children of Ukraine.

When he’s not composing, Adi enjoys watching movies, spending quality time and conversation with his kids and laughter with friends.
